VisiFloor™ Best Practice Methodology

To determine the best VisiFloor components for certain products, we created a retail store environment and used many different products to do tests. We checked the package material and weight to determine the coefficient of friction. We took into account the coefficient of friction and that the product is always front faced. We tested all combinations of dividers (standard and T) and front lips. These tests helped us to understand the slide performance and shop-ability of different products. We determined that you should use the T-divider if the planogram requires multi package sizes. If the product is front loaded only, you should use shorter T-dividers, or use a standard divider with a front lip. T-dividers are the strongest solution.
